Kunwento is run by Patrisha Sofia Delgado-Gulliver, trading as Kunwento, a sole trader based in England.

Booking and payment
- All readings and sessions are booked through Google Calendar appointment pages.
- Payment is taken upfront when you book.
- Prices are in GBP and are shown on each service page.
- For astrology, please share your date, time and place of birth when you book (and the other person's for Synastry).

Online sessions
- Online sessions take place on Google Meet.
- You're welcome to keep your camera off.
- You can record your session to go back to later.

Rescheduling and cancellations
- No refunds, and no cancellations. No booking is refunded. Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule.
- In-person readings (the one exception): you can cancel an in-person reading if it's at least 2 days (48 hours) before the reading. You won't get a refund, but you'll get a credit to rebook.
- Free Discovery Meetings: if you can't make it, just let me know and we'll find another time.
- If I ever need to reschedule, I'll get in touch as early as I can and offer a new time.

What a reading is (and isn't)
Readings and sessions are for reflection and spiritual guidance. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. They don't predict the future, and no outcome is promised. Please always speak to a qualified professional about health, money or legal matters. If you're in crisis, contact your GP, NHS 111 or Samaritans (116 123).
